New to this season, our U20’s teams consist of a minimum of 11 players up to a maximum of 17 players. 

The team will require a volunteer team manager and a volunteer coach. If you are interested in helping out, don’y hesitate in contacting the committee.  

The managers role involves communication to the rest of the team for game times, training sessions, cancelled games / training due to weather and preparation / actioning the team sheets 


On game day the teams will consist of 11 players (including a goalkeeper) on the field at any one time. Games are played with 2 x  45 minute halves. The Senior Women players play with a size 5 ball. They play on a full size field with full size goals. 

The team usually arrive 1 hour before kick off

The coach will be responsible for the pre-game warm up.

The manager of the team will be responsible to get the team sheets to the refs 15 minutes before kick off.

Game days are yet to be determined by Football Brisbane as of yet. 


  • There are 18 games in the season (weather permitting)
  • First game of the season is weekend commencing Friday 16th March 2018
  • Last game of the season will be weekend commencing Friday 17th August 2018 – Then semi finals and finals if applicable
  • Games and or catch up games from wet weather continue through school holidays. 


Fees for the Under 20’s are $480.

(Juniors playing in U20’s – discounted fees are $450)

Registration fees for the season include:

  • Football Australia Fees
  • Football Queensland Fees
  • Football Brisbane Fees
  • End of year presentation
  • All insurance coverage
  • Contribution to operating costs
  • Ref’s fees
  • Any weekly game fees

There are no weekly game fees at JUFC
